Poetry Depths Mystery School and Kim Rosen, I want you to know…

Writers, Readers and Poem Lovers out there…

I want to let you know about something that has totally captured me over the last year. Kim Rosen and her Poetry Depths work. It is magical. Its not so much about writing poetry, tho many do, its dropping into a deep conversation with poetry and letting it stir you giving rise to something fresh, authentic and wholly you. I participated in Year One last year and I’m going back for Year Two.

If its not something you feel drawn to, Maybe pass this along to other soulcraft-writer-poemlovers who might be interested.

Her book Saved by a Poem is truly magical. And Kim herself is a woman of warmth, wisdom and many years of experience working intimately with people and poems. A woman of integrity, she is truly the real deal.

Poetry Depths Mystery School

Personal and Professional Development

North American School – February to June, 2015
Irish School – February to July, 2015

triplespiralThe poems we love reflect to us the voice of our innermost self. As we learn to fully embody them, we discover and reveal more and more of our true nature — to ourselves and those around us. This naturally overflows to serve others: as we meet and befriend our own depths, voice, body, vulnerability, dissolution and creation, we can invite, hold and support others to “dive” into their true nature in unique ways. Year One is focused on personal, direct experience. Not only an exploration into the power of poetry to open and transform, the course is, first and foremost, a transformational soul-journey within a community of kindred hearts. In Years Two and Three this personal exploration is joined by opportunities to learn specific skills to bring this soul-work into service with individuals, groups and communities.

About wrensong

I am a poet who collects stones. I am a wanderer of creek beds and forests, canyons and high desert who, coming home, sometimes finds words to tell the story. I am a companion with others in the search for Deep, Wild Soul. I shape containers in time and space for others to come together to write, to tell their stories, to hold each other in the telling. I am a grandmother and the companion of a cat named Alaya. I often travel out into open country with a man who calls himself Dunewalker who has hung his hammock in my heart.
